Sohna hills is about 50kms from Delhi on Delhi-Alwar Highway, is the health and holiday resort Sohna,atop Sohna hill.Sohna in Hindi means gold; in the past, gold used to be collected from the sands of the streams around the town. From the hill top you can have a panoramic view of the vast green fields, and the rugged countryside around.A delightful motel perched on the edge of the hills, with its luxuriously furnished rooms and exclusive balconies overlook the town. HISTORY

SULPHUR SPRINGS
Sohna is famous for its sulphur springs, reputed for their medicinal properties, with the temperature ranging from 46.10c to 51.70c. The springs are located at the feet of a perpendicular rock, and are capped by a dome believed to have been built in the 14th century.The spa complex with sauna, sulphur and steam bath facilities for the tourists is situated up on the rock. There is also a mini swimming pool, filled with water spewed from a wall mural. It is said that Arjun (one of the five Pandav brothers) dug these wells when he was thirsty.
BADKHAL LAKE
Badkhal Lake is another holiday attraction at a distance of about 32 from Delhi at a well fortified position giving immense pleasure. This is about 9kms from Surajkund, nestled within the boulder strewn Aravalli hills.BALLABHGARH FORT

There are both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned family huts, camper huts and dormitory. These are also attached with restaurant, bar, bath complex and green lawn. There is also a spa kind of bath complex here which is an added attraction to the tourists visiting this place. The special features of this bath complex are sauna, massage and steam bath chamber, a splash pool and a pool side cafe.
