ZATPAT MOOLI PARATHA 
This tastes great and also healthy breakfast or brunch or dinner..
Ingredients
Mooli grated
: 1 large
Green chillies or jalepenos
: 2
Dhania patta, chopped fine
: 5 twigs
Salt
: 1 tsp
Roti or tortilla
: 4
Ghee or butter
: 1 tbsp

Method
- Peel the Mooli and grate it using a fine grate.
- Let the grated Mooli sit for 15 minutes. It leaves a lot of water.
- Squeeze out the water by pressing the grated mooli in hand and place the de-waterd mooli in a microwaveable bowl.
- Throw away the water. Microwave the squeezed grated mooli for 3-4 minutes. Allow it to cool.
- Add finely chopped green chillies or jalepenos, chopped cilantro and salt and mix well.
- Apply ghee on both sides of the roti or tortilla.
- On one half spread the grated mooli mixture and fold over the other half on it.
- Place it on a sandwich maker and heat until the green light says done.
- Eat them with plain yogurt (dahi) and Mirchi Thetcha (Red chillies chutney)
