WHITE CHOCOLATE AND COCONUT MICROWAVE CAKE
Coconut Cake is a perfect recipe for some special days such as Mother's day, Christmas etc.Rich chocolate and coconut cake is covered with a delicious white frosting and then the cake is topped off with tasty shredded coconut.

Eggs

White chocoltate melted
: 50 gms
Butter
: 50 gms
Milk
: 3 tbsp
Sugar
: 1 cup
Self-raising flour
: 1 cup
Coconut
: 1/2 cup
Method
- Whisk all the ingredients together until well blended.
- Pour into a ring microwave mould, abour 8 inches diametre.
- Microwave on full for 5 minutes
