THIRATTU PAAL
Thirattu paal is an easy to make milk sweet which is generally prepared for neivedyam . This is called "Thirattu Paal" in tamil in South India whereas in North India it is called as Ajmeri Kalakand.
Ingredients
Milk
: 3 cups
Sugar
: 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder
: 1/2 tsp
Ghee
: 1/2 tsp
Almonds few chopped
: For finishing
Method
- Mix all three in a bowl nicely and cook (open no cover) in the microwave for 6 - 7 minutes.
- Take out and Therati Pal is ready to serve.
