TANDOORI ALOO

Ingredients
Baby potatoes
: 1 cup
Cream
: 1 tsp
Kasuri methi
: 1/4 tsp
Oil
: 1 tsp
Salt
: To taste
To be ground into a paste
Kashmiri chillies
: 4
Cloves garlic
: 2
Ginger
: 1/2"
Coriander- cumin seed powder
: 2 tsp

Method
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly, pierce them with a fork and place them all around the circumference of the micro wave turntable place a glass of water in the centre to prevent the potatoes from getting wrinkled.
- Micro for 5 to 6 min until potatoes are soft.
- Heat the oil in the microwave safe bowl add the prepare paste and salt and mix well. micro for 1 min.
- Add the potatoes , cream and kasuri methi and micro for 2 min.
- Serve Tandoori Aloo.
