SPICY CORN WITH CAPSICUM
Corn is one of the most popular vegetables and it is a milfy spicy corn and capsicum dish made with masala.
Ingredients
Frozen corn
: 2 cups
Capsicum chopped in small pieces
: 1/2 cup
Chili powder (according to taste)
: 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder
: 3 tsp
Turmeric powder
: 1/4 tsp
Salt (according to taste)
: 1 tsp
For seasoning (tarka)
Oil
: 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp
For Garnish
Chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp
Method
- In a 2-quart glass ball add oil, cumin and frozen corn. Cover and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add capsicum and all the spices. Mix thoroughly, cover and cook for 4 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve warm with bread.
