SIMPLE MICROWAVE BHINDI RECIPE Vegetarian-Dish

Microwave Bhindi is a very tasty recipe, which can be prepared easily in few minutes.



Ingredients

Bhindi finely sliced
: 300 gm
Garam masala
: 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder
: 1/2 tsp
Dried mango powder
: 1/2 tsp
Fresh green chillies
: 2 to 3
Red chillies
: 1/2 tsp
Oil
: 1 tbsp
Salt
: To taste

Simple Microwave Bhindi recipe

Method

  • Take a non-stick frying pan and heat the oil in it.
  • Add all the masalas to it except salt and mango powder.
  • Mix it well and keep it aside for 2 hours for fermentation.
  • Fry for about one minute, keep stirring and combine bhindi with it.
  • Add salt and mango powder, mix well and microwave for about 5 minutes, uncovered.
  • Let it stand for about 2 to 3 minutes and serve.
