MICROWAVE QUICK MANGO RELISH Vegetarian-Dish

A delicious mangoes are available in the summer months, ideal for enjoying in many different ways throughout the day, from breakfast through to lunch and dinner.



Ingredients

Raw Mango medium slices
: 2
Red chili powder
: 1/2 tsp
Salt
: To taste
Turmeric powder
: a pinch
Roasted Cumin powder
: 3/4 tsp
Oil
: 1 tsp
Water
: 2 tsp

Microwave Quick Mango Relish

Method

  • Wash and grate the mango slices. Take a microwave bowl, add 1/2 tsp of oil, add the grated mango, chili powder, salt, cumin powder and turmeric. Micro it for 1 minute.
  • Stir with a spoon, add the remaining oil. Mix well and micro it again for 2 minutes. Add 2 tsp of water and micro for 1 minute.
