POACHED FISH RECIPE
For succulent fish every time, try poached Salmon, great for hot or cold receipes*, this cooking method requires little effort and can be cooked on top of the stove or in the oven.
Ingredients
Fish fillets
: 1 kg
Lemon thinly sliced
: 1
White wine
: 1/2 cup
Water
: 1/2 cup
alt and pepper
: To taste
For sauce
Mixed herbs
: 1 tsp
Butter
: 1 tbsp
Fish stock
Pepper
: To taste
Method
- Place the fish on a flat dish.
- Scatter the lemon pieces over the fish and sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Pour the wine and the water over it and cook on high for 8 minutes.
- Drain and serve.
