JEERA BABYCORN
Baby corn or candle corn is a cereal grain taken from specialized corn (maize) plants and harvested early, while the ears are very small and immature.This is a reciped which uses baby corn and jeera.
Ingredients
Babycorn-cut diagonally
: 200gms
Red chilly powder
: 1 tsp
Roasted jeera
: 1 tsp
Garam masala
: 1/2 tsp
Oil
: 1 tbsp
Salt
: To taste
Chopped coriander to garnish
: 1 tbsp
Method
- Mix togeather all the above ingredients except coriander.
- Microwave oh high for 3mins.
- Remove.mix well & check the taste.again microwave on high for 3mins.
- Remove ,garnish with coriander & serve hot.
