MICROWAVE FLUFFY CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
Chocolate Pudding is a light and fluffy chocolate sponge pudding with a rich chocolate sauce.
Ingredients
Sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
: 1 ounce
Skim milk
: 2 cups
Cool Whip Free (thawed)
: 1 cup
Method
- Combine pudding mix and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Mix with a whisk.
- Cook for 1 minute on high. Stir and cook 2 minutes longer. Stir again and cook 1 minute.
- Stir and cook 2 more minutes or until mixture comes to a boil.
