CRISPY CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
A tasty Chicken dish easy to cook and tasty to eat. These baked chicken drumsticks tasted every bit as good as they look.
Ingredients
Chicken Drumsticks
: 12 pcs (skinned)
Ginger garlic paste
: 3 tbsp
Chicken tandoori masala
: 3 tbsp
Maida
: 1 tbsp
Salt
: To taste
For coating
Eggs
: 3
Bread crumbs, melted butter.
Method
- Wash chicken and pat dry. Prick with fork. Mix all the ingredients under marinade.
- Add chicken and marinate for 4 hrs in fridge or overnight. Beat eggs and add salt and 1/4th tsp chilli powder.
- Dip chicken in egg roll in bread crumb. Set microwave 200 degrees celcius using convection mode and preheat.
- Place chicken on baking dish and pour melted butter on the pieces and place on hot oven.
- Re-set oven at 200 deg cel for 40 mins. 1st bake for 20 mins and then turn peices sprinkle melted butter and again bake for 20 mins.
