CREAM OF MUSHROOM 
Delicious creamy mushroom soup accompanied with buttered garlic bread, a heavenly treat for a chilly winter's day / night.Adding cream makes this a filling dish.
Ingredients
Mushroom, chopped
: 250 gms
Onion
: 1
Corn Flour
: 1 tbsp
Butter
: 1 tbsp
Milk
: 1/4 cup
Water
: 2 cups
Salt and pepper
: To taste

Method
- Mix all the ingredients and cook on high for 6 minutes. Drain the liquid and keep aside and puree the mushrooms.
- Pour back into the liquid and cook on high for 3 minutes and serve while hot.
