CREAM CHEESE CORN
This recipe gives corn a whole new look. Don't be surprised if your pickiest eater loves it.If you're desperately looking for a last minute side dish for Thanksgiving or Christmas, this is one of those super easy recipes that always disappears fast. One of the really nice things about it is that it takes about ten minutes to make and you cook it in the microwave.
Ingredients
14-15 oz. yellow corn, drained
: 3 cans
(8 oz.) low-fat or fat-free cream cheese
: 1 pkg
Margarine
: 1/2 stick
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large serving dish.
- Microwave on high heat until cheese and margarine is melted, stirring occasionally until all is melted and hot.
