HOT COCONUT MILK SHORBA RECIPE
Hot Coconut Milk Shorba has a different taste. The coconut milk and chilli powder gives the Hot Coconut Milk Shorba a two dimensional taste.
Ingredients
Coconut milk
: 2 1/2 cups
Chopped curry leaves
: a few
Cummin powder
: a pinch
Pounded garlic
: 1 clove
Chilli powder
: a pinch
Mustard seeds
: a pinch
Fenugreek
: a pinch
Seed powder (methi)
Salt
: To taste
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a large deep bowl and microwave for 5 minutes.
- Let it stand until cool.
- Strain.
- Pour into 2 cups and when ready to serve, microwave for 3 minutes.
