CHICKEN KOFTAS
This is a delicious chicken kofta recipe that you can have in a sandwich or by itself with a side salad.
Ingredients
Keema (chicken)
: 500Gms
Ginger paste
: 1 tbsp
Garlic paste
: 1 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped)
: 3-4
Garam masala
: 1 tsp
Bread (sliced)
: 3
Egg
Salt (or to taste)
: 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)
: 1/4 cup
Tomato Sauce
: To taste
Tomatoes (large)
: 5
Ginger (piece)
: 5"
Red chili
: 1 tsp
Jeera powder
: 1 tsp
Cream or malai
: 1 cup
Orange red colour
: 1 pinch
Method
- Grind- tomatoes, jeera, salt, chili powder in a mixie. Micro high 10 minutes. Add cream and little orange red colour.
- Mix and keep aside.
- Soak bread; squeeze & crumble.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Make into balls.
- Place on a plate keeping ½" distance in between each ball. Micro high 5 minutes uncovered. Add koftas to above curry.
- Micro high for 4 minutes. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
