CHICKEN BIRYANI RECIPE
This Indian recipe involves chicken pieces marinated in a spice and curd mixture and cooked with basmati rice on a microwave.
Ingredients
Rice
: 1 cup
Water
: ¼ cup
Chicken
: 250 g
Curd
: 100 g
Garam masala
: 1 tbsp
Red color
: a per need
Method
- Cook the chicken, 1 tablespoon of water, curd, garam masala and salt at medium mode for 10 minutes.
- Add rice along with the required amount of water and cook on high for 16 minutes.
- Cover it well.
- Add the color on top and garnish with fried onions and serve hot.
