BLACK-EYED PEAS IN MICROWAVE

This again another very simple recipe which just require cooking of the black eyed peas in the microwave.

Ingredients

Frozen peas(10 oz)

: 1 pack

Water

: 1/4 cup

Method

• Place all ingredients in 1-quart casserole.
• Bake in microwave 10-11 minutes.
