MICROWAVE BEER BREAD
Beer Bread is a quick bread to make to accompany any beef dish. The type of beer you use will change the taste.
Ingredients
Self-rising Flour
: 2 cups
Flour
: 1 cup
Sugar
: 3 tbsp
Beer
: 12 ounces
Butter; softened
: 1 tbsp
Cornflake Crumbs
Method
- Mix together all ingredients. Spray a glass loaf pan with cooking spray; sprinkle bottom and sides with crumbs.
- Spoon batter into pan and top with butter and a light sprinkling of cornflake crumbs.
- Microwave on MEDIUM for 9 minutes, then on HIGH for 2 minutes.
