Ingredients
Frozen cut broccoli
Condensed cream of mushroom soup
Shredded cheddar cheese
Milk
Mayonnaise
Method
- In a 1 1/2 quart casserole cook the broccoli according to directions on the package. Drain.
- Mix the soup, cheese, milk, mayonnaise, and stir into the broccoli.
- Top with crackers, cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
