Bengaluru also exhibited some stabilization as far as the Hotel Industry revenues are concerned for year 2015. The National Capital Region (NCR) is exhibiting wide variation in performance across the board exhibiting 1-2% growth.
India has around 29,000 premium rooms under development to be launched over the next six year period. Unless demand keeps pace, the widening supply-demand gap in the cities across India will impact the Indian Hotel Industry revenues substantially.
